Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role centers on providing specialized recovery care in the PACU with emphasis on cardiac holding, vascular and diagnostic cardiology patients.

Requirements include BLS and ACLS, Iowa license, 24 months in Cardiac Cath Lab/PACU/Pre/Post Op, 36 months total clinical experience, EPIC EMR experience, groin/radial site and TR band management, and a valid driver’s license.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA); current state license in Iowa; at least 24 months of current Cardiac Cath Lab, PACU or Pre/Post Op Surgery experience; minimum of 36 months of relevant clinical experience; experience with EPIC EMR; groin/radial site management and TR band management experience; valid driver's license.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have at least 36 months of clinical experience in Cardiac Cath Lab, PACU, or Pre/Post Op Surgery, with familiarity with EPIC EMR, groin/radial site management, and TR band management. Work may include holiday coverage as required.
