Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient experience.
• Current license and OP experience required.
• Travel assignment readiness (26 weeks) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative cases.
• Develop individualized plans of care and provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions.
• Educate patients and coordinate care with referring providers.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR and monitor functional outcomes to guide decisions.
