Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient assignment in Sacramento, California. This contract is 13 weeks long with a 40-hour work week and day shifts.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PT program, an active or soon-to-be PT license in the state, and current CPR certification. Housing and comprehensive benefits are typically included with travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
