Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Memphis, Tennessee. In this outpatient setting, you will manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses.

Schedule can include 8‑hour shifts, 4–5 days per week, with tax-free stipends and travel/licensure reimbursement. One year of recent outpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current BLS (AHA preferred).
• Active State License to practice Physical Therapy in the U.S.
• Supervisory professional references available upon request.
• Must completeDrug Screen and Background Screen.

Responsibilities

• In outpatient setting, manage a treatment plan to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Deliver therapy services consistent with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Coordinate schedule with facilities to meet 8‑hour shifts, 4–5 days per week.
• Ensure documentation and patient progress notes are completed timely.
