Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Fairburn, Georgia. This role requires an active PT license, outpatient experience preferred, and a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts.

The position offers travel benefits and relocation support. You will join a national network of rehab facilities and have access to recruiter support throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a travel setting.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and communicate with the supervising facility.
