Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Sullivan, Missouri. The role involves delivering outpatient physical therapy to patients, assessing injuries, and creating individualized treatment plans across a 13-week assignment.

Requirements include a PT degree (or higher), Missouri license to start, BLS may be required, and immunizations. Clinic hours are 7:00 AM–6:00 PM with two late shifts per clinician.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment (Missouri license preferred).
• BLS Certification may be required by client or agency.
• Immunization requirements including Hepatitis B, TB, Flu and Tdap.
• Background checks and regulatory attestations required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a travel assignment.
• Assess injuries and chronic conditions; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure quality patient care; document progress.
