Job summary

AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Franklin, Indiana. You will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop personalized care plans, and work with other clinicians to optimize outcomes.

Position starts 11/9/2026 for 13 weeks with 40 hours/week. Shifts are 8 hours, days and evenings; travel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Physical Therapist license required or eligible.
• Experience in outpatient care is recommended.
• BLS certification required.
• SSN and DOB placeholders may be requested during onboarding.
• References: 1 reference in entire work history.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop personalized care plans and goals.
• Assist patients to regain mobility and function.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
