Job summary

AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 12-week travel assignment in O’Fallon, IL. The role requires an outpatient specialty, IL license, and strong communication skills. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personal therapy plans, and document care in an outpatient setting.

Expected shifts are 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with competitive pay and housing options through AMN. Travel experience is preferred, and references may be requested.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois physical therapist license is required.
• Excellent communication skills and clinical excellence are recommended.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop personalized therapy plans for each patient.
• Document care and progress in patient records.
• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to support patient mobility and independence.
