This 13-week travel role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with a pay rate ranging from $1,955 to $2,015 per week. Indiana PT licensure and outpatient experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Active Indiana Physical Therapist license is required.
• Outpatient experience and strong communication skills recommended.

Responsibilities
