Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient experience.
• 1 year of experience in outpatient settings.
• MA license (PT-MA) and BLS certification required.
• SSN and DOB must be provided; references available upon request.
• Prior collaboration with a multidisciplinary team essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Collaborate with PTAs and other disciplines to coordinate care.
• Document care using EMR and maintain professional standards.
