Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a Colorado Springs assignment. In an outpatient setting, you will evaluate and treat patients with diverse diagnoses, develop and monitor treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to promote positive outcomes.

The position offers 40 hours per week, days shifts, 8-hour blocks, travel accommodations, housing and meal stipends, and the support of a national staffing team available 24/7.

Qualifications

• Current BLS (AHA Preferred).
• Active State License.
• Supervisory Professional References.
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy treatment plans in an outpatient setting to promote positive outcomes.
• Manage patient progress, document progress notes and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and support staff to coordinate care.

In an Outpatient setting, the therapist will manage a treatment plan to promote a positive outcome for patients with diverse diagnoses. Schedule can be 8-10 hr shifts, 4-5 days a week.
