Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Active and applicable state licensure.
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional therapy programs to support progress toward discharge and community return.
• Provide patient and family education, documentation, and safety-focused care.
