Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in South Boston, Virginia. This outpatient role is a 13-week contract requiring 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in the application process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet PT goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
