Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a Chicago, Illinois assignment. You will evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and support functional recovery in an outpatient setting.

The position involves 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a 13-week duration beginning 11/23/2026. Requirements include a PT degree, 2 years outpatient experience, and CPR certification. Travel rewards and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Two years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish treatment goals focused on progress toward discharge.
• Develop and modify individualized treatment programs in accordance with patient needs and physician orders.
• Provide therapy services and support functional outcomes.
• Complete clear, accurate, and timely medical record documentation, including goals and assessments.
• Educate patients and families about therapy services and care needs.
• Participate in student education and provide supervision when assigned.
• Maintain licensure and continue education requirements.
• Follow standards, codes of conduct, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
