Job summary

Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Smyrna, Delaware.

In an outpatient setting, the therapist will manage a treatment plan to promote a positive outcome for patients with diverse diagnoses. Schedule can be 8-10 hr shifts, 4-5 days a week. Qualifications

• Current BLS (AHA Preferred)
• Active State License
• Supervisory Professional References
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen

Responsibilities

• Outpatient setting: manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses.
• Schedule can be 8-10 hour shifts, 4-5 days a week with 40 hours per week.
• Collaborate with care team to adjust plans based on patient progress.
