Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician referral or direct access.
• Maintain communication with referring physicians through timely evaluation and progress notes.
• Provide weekly updates to rehab nurses on patient progress.
• May assist with scheduling, answering phones, and taking referrals as needed.
• Participate in marketing and community outreach initiatives when patient load allows.
• Open to first-time travelers.
