Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for an outpatient travel assignment in Wellington, Florida. The role requires a PT degree and an active Florida license, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts.

Start date is 09/22/2026 for a 13-week engagement in an outpatient facility. Ideal candidates will have a physical therapy degree from an accredited program, Florida licensure, and outpatient experience with evaluation and treatment sessions.

Qualifications

• PT degree from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred, including 60-minute evaluation plus treatment sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Administer 60-minute treatment sessions as prescribed and document progress.
• Document patient progress per regulatory and clinic standards.
• Collaborate with care team to manage the plan of care across visits.
