Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Pass the NPTE and hold an active North Carolina physical therapy license.
• Certifications: BLS; SSN and DOB are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy care according to the plan of care.
• Review medical histories, assess movement, and document progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery.
