Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Winchester, Kentucky.

The role requires a PT degree (Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral) from an accredited program, an active state license, and BLS certification may be required. Assignment involves travel between clinics in the region with a productivity target of 60 visits weekly and 12–14 patients daily. Housing and relocation benefits are offered along with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Responsibilities

• Float to other clinics in the region may be required.
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week.
• Expected patient volume is 12 to 14 patients per day.
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
• Overtime must be approved by the director before any overtime hours are worked.
