Critical Connection, inc seeks a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for an orthopedic clinic in Baltimore, Maryland. You will deliver hands-on PTA care within a structured rehabilitation plan and collaborate with a PT and rehab team.

New grads are welcome; supervision and mentorship are provided. Travel or local contracts include guaranteed hours, weekly pay, and benefits to support clinicians on the road.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license.
• New Grad PTAs welcome.
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide 1:1 patient care focused on functional improvement and recovery.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress to the supervising PT.
• Assist with therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as appropriate.
• Document treatments and patient progress accurately and timely.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

What You’ll Do
