Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license.
• New Grad PTAs welcome.
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide 1:1 patient care focused on functional improvement and recovery.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress to the supervising PT.
• Assist with therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as appropriate.
• Document treatments and patient progress accurately and timely.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a quality-driven outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy hands-on patient care, structured treatment plans, and working as part of a collaborative rehab team.

What You’ll Do
