AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Westminster, Colorado. The role expects 27 weeks, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour days in an outpatient setting.

Travel PTs assess patients, develop and implement plans, and educate patients and families while collaborating with the care team. Licensure and BLS are required; Colorado license or eligibility is needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Colorado PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS certification.
• SSN required and DOB required.
• References: 1 reference in entire work history; license and OP experience are required.
• Travel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans using standard procedures and modalities.
• Educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team.
• Adapt care for geriatric and post-acute populations.
