Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• A minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience is required.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients.
• Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate medical record documentation and goal writing.
• Ensure care under physician orders and within insurance approval.
• Support student programs with evaluations and mentorship.
• Engage in continuing education and professional organizations.
• Maintain licensure in good standing and comply with state acts.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
