Qualifications

• Must hold NH/PT license or Compact license.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Verify and review provider orders and patient vital signs.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in EMR and coordinate care with team.
