Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient clinic, developing individualized therapy plans, documenting progress, and educating patients on exercises and home programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Tennessee PT license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities
