Job summary

MEP Health in Tucson, AZ seeks a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. You will evaluate conditions, create and execute treatment plans, use manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, and document progress within a collaborative team.

Required: degree in Physical Therapy, an active Arizona PT license, and at least 6 months of experience.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as a physical therapist.
• Active Arizona PT license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy and exercise prescription with strong communication skills.

Role Overview:

A travel Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for providing outpatient rehabilitation services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Qualifications & Skills:

Additional Requirements:

BLS certification, SSN and DOB submission, minimal work history gaps, and at least one professional reference. Travel experience is preferred.
