Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Alabama. You will assess patients, develop individualized plans, and implement interventions to improve mobility and function.

You will work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts, for a 13-week assignment, collaborating with clinical teams in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license.
