Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide travel-based therapy in outpatient orthopedic clinics. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions across multiple sites.

You'll typically see 12–15 patients per day within an 8-hour shift, working a Monday–Friday schedule. A PT degree and active state license are required, with BLS potentially needed.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program.
• Active state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Outpatient orthopedic clinic experience.
• BLS certification may be required.
