Job summary

Health Here in Lexington, KY is seeking an outpatient physical therapist to provide high‑quality therapy across pelvic health, orthopedics, post‑operative, vestibular, and gait/balance populations.

You will deliver patient‑centered care, meet a productivity target of about 60 visits per week, document treatments accurately, and float between clinics within the regional network, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program; Kentucky license active.
• Outpatient experience preferred; new grads not accepted.
• Ability to see 12–14 patients daily and handle follow-up bookings.

Key Duties:

Provide outpatient therapy, maintain documentation, meet productivity metrics, and adapt to clinic needs by floating to different locations. Comply with clinic policies, including overtime approval and regional coverage.

Additional Requirements & Preferences:

BLS certification may be required; experience in pelvic health, orthopedics, and vestibular therapy is preferred. Flexibility to float between clinics and work with various patient populations enhances suitability.
