Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Hyattsville, MD. You will work 40 hours per week in an outpatient orthopedic setting with 8-hour shifts, providing follow-up visits every 30 minutes and new evaluations for 1 hour.

Aide support helps patient flow, and coverage at multiple locations is possible. Requirements include a PT degree from an ACPE/APTA-approved program and an active state license to start.

Qualifications

• PT degree from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Follow-up visits and re-evaluations every 30 minutes.
• New evaluations scheduled for 1 hour.
• Expected patient volume at least 12 visits per 8-hour day per therapist.
• Aide assists with patient flow.
• May cover additional clinic locations.
