Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Dayton, Ohio. The role involves a Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour days and 40-minute evaluation blocks. You will evaluate a typical caseload of 11–12 patients daily and document using WebPT EMR.

Qualifications include a PT degree (bachelor, master, or DPT) from an APTA-approved program and an active state license. BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from APTA-accredited programs.
• Active State License required to start assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by AHA/ARC.
• No new grads allowed.

Responsibilities

• Mondays through Fridays schedule.
• 40-minute evaluation blocks.
• Treat approximately 11–12 patients per day.
• Use WebPT EMR for documentation.
• Attend virtual interviews.
