Cross Country Allied seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient assignment in Crosby, Texas. The role evaluates patients, develops and modifies treatment plans, and collaborates with a care team to support functional recovery.

This 13-week assignment requires 40 hours per week, days shift, and CPR certification with a current PT license. Travel compensation includes housing options and comprehensive benefits in a supportive, professional environment.

Formación

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• CPR Certification.
• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Licensure in good standing.
• Willingness to work days, 8 hours shifts, and 40 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates assigned patients, creates and modifies treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician instructions, and ensures safe, effective care delivery.
• Delegation of therapy services.
• Patient and family education.
• Participation in quality improvement initiatives.
