  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • No new graduates.
• Additional Information:
  • Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
  • Deliver functional treatment programs designed to support patients return to community activities.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, timely medical record documentation in approved formats.
  • Provide care under valid physician orders and applicable clinical authorizations.
  • Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers.
  • Participate in student training and provide appropriate supervision when assigned.
  • Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete required continuing education.
  • Follow applicable state practice acts, regulatory requirements, professional standards, safety procedures, and confidentiality expectations.
