Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license (compact accepted initially, full license required later).
• At least one professional reference.
• SSN required for consideration.
• Traveler role may require a one-year gap after prior PRN or permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PT services in a clinical setting using InSync EMR.
• Assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team during an eight-hour day shift.
