• Two completed supervisory reference forms within the last two years required.
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Delegates responsibilities to Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
• Evaluates patient function through formal and informal testing of skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status.
• Develops and updates goal-specific treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance.
• Submits written treatment plans coordinated with physician orders and co-signs verbal orders as needed.
• Devises treatment schedules coordinated with patients, families, and clinical support staff.
• Educates patients and families on condition, treatment rationale, and care alternatives.
