Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Wasilla, Alaska, with an outpatient focus. The role is 40 hours per week, days shifts, starting ASAP for a 26-week contract. This contract features a standard 8-hour day schedule.

The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited program and hold a current state PT license (or be in the licensure process). You will develop care plans, deliver skilled PT services, assess patient needs, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in process of licensure.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet PT goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan/evaluate team goals for each patient.
