Role Description

In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop personalized rehabilitation programs, and implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, and document progress accurately.

A valid Virginia Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification are required. Experience is recommended, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
