Responsibilities

• Manage individualized treatment plans for patients with diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting.
• Utilize a 40‑hour weekly schedule with 8‑hour shifts, typically 4–5 days per week.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation and compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active state license in Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• At least one year of recent experience in an outpatient setting.
