Provide discipline-specific therapy services, support functional return to community activities, educate patients and families, document care accurately and promptly, participate in student development when assigned, maintain professional licensure, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification; professional licensure in good standing; and completion of applicable state-mandated continuing education requirements.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
