This is a D/N rotation, 19:00:00-07:00:00, 12.00-3 position in the PT- Outpatient. Must have an active License in handand have at least 2 years of recent PT- Outpatient experience as a Physical Therapy .

• Active License as a PT- Outpatient
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications for PT- Outpatient
• 2 current leadership references
• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
