The position offers a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, dayshift, 8-hour shifts, and travel and licensure reimbursement as part of Prime’s benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Active State Physical Therapist license.
• Supervisory professional references required.
• Must complete drug screen and background check.
• One year of outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• In an outpatient setting, manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes.
• Flexible schedule: 8–10 hour shifts, 4–5 days per week.
