You must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with an active state license and at least one year of outpatient experience. A current BLS certification is required, and Day One Medical Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• One or more year(s) of Outpatient experience.
• Current BLS certification.
