Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel outpatient assignment in Aliso Viejo, CA. This 13-week contract requires 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts, and licensure in CA or active licensure in progress.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of PT experience, outpatient setting familiarity, and current CA PT licensure. Travel incentives and support are provided by Centra Healthcare Allied.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Current PT license in CA or in process for licensure.
• Outpatient experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services on a travel basis.
• Adhere to facility policies and care guidelines.
• Document care using the EMR and coordinate with care team.
