Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift with 8-hour shifts and a minimum of 40 hours per week; clinic hours include Monday 7:00 a.m.6:00 p.m., Tuesday 8:00 a.m.12:00 p.m., Wednesday 7:00 a.m.6:00 p.m., Thursday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
  • At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
  • Active, applicable physical therapy license in the state where services will be provided
• Additional Information:
  • Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
  • Establish functional treatment programs that support effective discharge and return to community activities.
  • Complete clear, accurate, and timely medical record documentation, including treatment goals, functional quality assessments, medical necessity documentation, and charge entry.
  • Provide care under valid physician orders and applicable authorization requirements.
  • Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers regarding therapy services and care plans.
  • Participate in student supervision and support a positive clinical learning environment when assigned.
  • Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete required continuing education.
  • Follow applicable state practice requirements, professional standards, safety procedures, confidentiality requirements, and performance improvement initiatives.
