National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Laguna Woods, CA. The role requires an OT degree, CA licensure, and current BLS, with a 40-hour work week and an 8-hour shift.

The selected therapist will evaluate patients, develop and adjust therapy plans, and provide home exercise guidance while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with facility protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Occupational Therapy license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient disability levels using standard tests and procedures.
• Plan therapy programs, set goals, and administer treatments to restore function and relieve pain.
• Provide home exercise programs and caregiver instructions.
• Update plans as patient progresses and document progress.
• Discharge patients when maximum benefit achieved and maintain medical records.
