Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist - Outpatient to join our orthopedic outpatient team. This full-time, Monday–Friday role starts at $75,000/year, with experience-based adjustments, and requires travel between Fort Walton Beach and Niceville clinics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy.
• State OT license or eligibility.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with OT research and employ Evidence Based Practice.
• Build relationships with referral sources and centers/patients.
• Collaborate with referring physician to establish therapy goals and plan.
• Adhere to state Practice Act and supervise appropriately.
• Participate in design and implementation of new programs per HIPAA guidelines.
• Supervise and delegate OT care within state/federal rules.
• Provide personalized treatment plans and timely documentation.
