Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Frederick, Maryland. You will work a 12-hour day shift, totaling 36 hours per week, and provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to referred patients under physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE; graduation from an accredited program.
• Minimum one year of experience as a PT.
• Current state license or in process for licensure as a PT/Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct patient care to support rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and administer individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians.
• Document patient condition and progress; educate patients and families on therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate treatment goals.
