Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, administer, and oversee evidence‑based therapy services for individuals with physical disabilities. You will collaborate with patients and families to restore function and improve daily living skills, while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

The role emphasizes communication with physicians and care teams, patient‑centered care, and participation in interdisciplinary rounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA‑approved program.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Current OT license in good standing (Arizona).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and oversee evidence‑based occupational therapy services for individuals with physical disabilities.
• Develop and update plan of care with patient/family for return to prior function.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
