Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy (Masters degree required otherwise).
• NBCOT registered and licensed per state of practice requirements.
• Current, valid, and active license per state employment requirements.
• Current, valid driver''s license.
• Ability to travel using air and ground transportation.
• One (1) year of OT experience.
• Recent acute care experience for acute care and LTAC placements.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple facilities across the country.
• Provide OT evaluations, plans, and interventions as part of patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in diverse healthcare settings.
