Job summary

We’re hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Salinas, CA for a 13-week travel assignment. The role offers weekly pay of $2,400–$2,600 with day shifts and a 36–40 hour work week.

Current SNF OT license is required along with SNF experience. You will assess, plan, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and meet quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in SNF setting.
• Experience in skilled nursing: assessments, treatment planning, documentation.
• Ability to develop and adjust OT treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Proficient in documenting progress and productivity metrics for quarterly targets.
• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary team and participation in care conferences.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and facility policies; compliance mindset.
• Evidence-based practice adoption and ongoing professional development.
• Educating residents and families on home programs and safety.
• Effective time management to balance on-site duties and targets.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat SNF residents to improve functional independence.
• Develop individualized OT treatment plans aligned with care goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
